We ship using the United States Postal Service. The shipping cost is based upon the total value of the items purchased according to current USPS rates. When a custom made item is ordered that requires us to manually send an invoice, the customer will be given additional USPS shipping service options.

*First Class Mail Items with a total value below $25.00 are shipped without insurance. We have made this a shipping option to keep the cost down for our customers purchasing in small quantities. Please keep in mind, if you choose uninsured First Class Mail and your item is lost or damaged during shipping, although we will try and help the best we can, we will not be held responsible or obligated to to give a refund of any kind or replace the items that were lost or damaged. If you need an item under $25 insured, please choose Priority Mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Insuring International items has become limited and costly when shipping via the USPS. Priority Mail International is one of the only forms of mail that can be insured, and it has become quite expensive and is not available to every country. When a custom made item is ordered that requires us to manually send an invoice, the customer will be given additional shipping options, such as shipping via a different USPS service or the option to purchase insurance or not. You may also email us and inquire about different shipping options before placing an order or making a payment. Shipping insurance is offered to most countries and territories and is highly recommended.

Additional Information

If paying online with a credit card or PayPal, orders will only be shipped to the billing address you have registered with your credit card holder or PayPal. The turnaround time for name tags and rank insignia is roughly 3-5 business days per item. Other items, such as squadron patches, have a longer turnaround which will be determined by our work schedule at the time of inquiry.

Returns

All of our products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you receive your order and are dissatisfied, please email us within 3 days of receipt of your item, and we will be happy to help you.

Please note the following guidelines when requesting an exchange or merchandise refund:

  • Send us an email within 3 days of receipt of your item, including invoice number, date of purchase, and item number if applicable. Also, note if you wish to exchange for another item of the same type, or if you would like a merchandise refund. For personalized items, such as name tags, only an exchange will be offered.

  • Please package your unused item carefully, back into its original packaging when possible. The address to mail your return to is below, and we ask that you send your item(s) via a mail service that issues tracking or delivery information. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Once we receive the merchandise and confirm that it is unused and in the same condition as initially shipped, we will either promptly send you an exchange or issue a refund including the original shipping cost paid. An email will be sent to you upon receipt for your records. We reserve the right to refuse returned items that have been used or abused.

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Include order number, date, item number if applicable, and describe the defective merchandise.

  • If you do not receive your merchandise within 30 days of your original order, please contact us.

  • Since all of our items are made to order, please allow additional time for exchanges.

  • Please be sure that you provide us with the correct mailing address at the time of order. If items have to be re-shipped because they were refused or unclaimed due to insufficient address provided by you, then you will be billed the shipping cost.
